Develops and leads the centralized triaging and scheduling (Access Navigator) team, the ongoing case management support (Care Navigator) team, and the virtual Zoom follow-up scheduling (MBH Scheduler) team for Mental & Behavioral Health (MBH) services across the state of Wisconsin. Oversees operations of these teams including development, implementation, and outcome achievement of departmental goals and objectives that align and support MBH care delivery and improve health outcomes for MBH Patients and families. Responsible for the management of financial activities and departmental human resources for all elements of service including, oversight of the Access Navigator, Care Navigator, and Scheduling teams. Establishes quality measures to maintain optimal customer care to patients/clients, families, and referring providers and agencies. Promotes and advances Children’s Wisconsin MBH services and ensures timely, quality, and accessible services to kids and families.
