I am a Global HR Executive with more than twenty years of experience leading enterprise-level people strategy within complex, unionized, and mission-driven institutions. I have directed HR strategy supporting workforces of 500+ employees across global operations, including teams in Jordan, Lebanon, and Europe. I have led collective bargaining strategy, executive workforce planning, multi-state and international compliance, and large-scale benefits administration — including oversight of one of the largest public-school benefits portfolios within Prince George’s County Public Schools.
