In my role, I serve as the go-to HR contact for 500 employees, managing inquiries related to policies, benefits, and leaves. I ensure HRIS data integrity by overseeing new hire processes, employee changes, and offboarding. As the subject matter expert on League and BambooHR, I support system functionality and benefits enrollment. I also administer leave requests in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, while collaborating with the payroll team for accurate processing of payments.
