I am an experienced employment/HR solicitor with a specialism in immigration. From an employment law perspective my clients are employers in the public and private sectors. I provide strategic and day to day employment law/HR advice, but also deal with Employment Tribunal claims and the hiring and firing of senior employees including the negotiation of Settlement Agreements and Service Agreements. I also support senior executives. From an immigration perspective, I am able to assist employers in providing guidance on immigration issues affecting their employees, whether EU and non-EU nationals, including securing sponsor licences, the sponsorship of non-UK nationals, and avoiding facilitating illegal working. I also provide advice to individuals and their families in relation to their immigration options, including helping them securing visas to enter the UK, or applying for leave to remain, settlement or naturalisation.Although based in Norwich I regularly work in our London and Cambridge offices.
