Responsible for employee recruitment.Work to establish policies and procedures for efficient and effective service delivery aligned with projected outcomes and measures.Determine policies and define scope of services to be rendered within regulations promulgated by state/federal cooperative agreements, funding contracts and Council on Accreditation (COA) requirements. Supervise, train and coach staff toward meeting outputs, outcomes, and objectives. Ensures program is prepared for annual audits and monitoring visits by reviewing all case files and documentation.Responsible for program-specific grant and budget proposals, monitoring, reporting, and compliance.Represents program at community coalitions, networks, and events. Work closely and collaboratively with the City of Dallas, Dallas Housing Authority, Housing Forward and other agencies with the Continuum. Prepares monthly and quarterly reports as designated.Adheres to agency and professional code of ethics, other duties as assignedHIPAA Compliancy
