Additional tasks include: complete marketing department operational requirements; follow up on work results; track yearly/monthly sales data; maintain promotional/recruiting materials; track changes in supply and demand relative to market conditions; assist in recruiting; research products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends and how they relate to real estate marketing; provide in-house training to our agents on in-house software systems and company onboarding; train employees; maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; maintain involvement with the local board; YPN member; continue to grow personal networks.
