ABOUT TRACY WHITTAKER ASSOC

An enthusiastic self -motivated HR professional, providing a comprehensive HR support and advisory service. Experience of working in a demanding HR department working in partnership with Senior Management to provide advice to on a range of employee relations issues, including advice on organisational change, recruitment and selection and employee engagement. I have excellent communication skills and applicable experience providing coaching and advice to Managers on grievance, absence management, performance management and general employee relations issues, providing advice on options, risks and alternatives. Work consistently with the Company’s overall need to comply with legislative requirements to promote high professional and ethical standards always representing a positive attitude for the Company.I support the delivery of the growth strategy for the Company, and work with Managers and Health & Safety to conduct training needs analysis within the Company and to support succession planning and talent management. I promote a positive attitude towards safety. I believe in the promotion of a safety philosophy which can be understood, accepted and applied daily by each member of the Company.I have the experience and the proven ability to meet deadlines/targets, handle sensitive situations and issues and continuously look for ways to improve the service offered.
