Having started my career in the commercial food service consultancy sector, I take a unique approach to operational management – clients are the focus, combined with building strong, committed teams that consistently deliver the very highest standard of food and service. I take pride in nurturing and investing in my team. There is nothing more satisfying than watching someone develop and grow, flourishing and reaching their full potential. I am financially astute and commercially ‘driven’, taking a pro-active approach to managing budgets and financial performance – under performance is never an option, be it financial or operational. I provide clear leadership and can manage change for the long term sustainability of the business – my client’s ‘business’ too. It is always a partnership approach, which delivers the greatest benefit to both parties.I strive to maximise business opportunities and embrace and rise above the challenges. I always remain committed, ‘driven’ and professional – a loyal team member who has the ability to listen, reflect and deliver. This is turn builds strong relationships at every level, as well as client retention.I am results orientated, although believe that the best results can only be achieved if you invest in great people, excellent food and the very best service - the basic foundation to build upon.
