Lead complex and special compliance investigations, addressing any issues or breaches with thorough analysis and resolution strategies. Credentialing and Contracting Compliance: Ensure all new agents meet the necessary qualifications and complete the required documentation. Regularly review and update compliance protocols to align with industry standards. Provide support and guidance to agents throughout the onboarding process.
