   I coordinate between many different groups internally and externally, interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing engineering, testing, supply chain, and operations to drive development of new programs while also managing change on existing programs. For 12 retail hardware products I\'ve been responsible for the following:• Carry projects from concept to prototype approval all the way through production ramp with contract manufacturer (CM).• Production process development, documentation, optimization and validation.• Communicate project status and schedule risk to engineering leadership team, and develop recovery plans in the event of project impediment.• Create and maintain multilevel Bill of Materials (BOM) hierarchy for hardware components through product life-cycle.• Design subassemblies and source components for the final product.• Monitor cost impact of design and manufacturing changes.
