ABOUT TRACY TRAMMELL

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I have spent the last 20 years happily married and relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2001. My love for family is evident; I have three grown sons, two grandsons, and have taken on the role of caregiver for her 80-year-old brother-in-law, along with two dogs, all sharing one lively household. With a strong set of self-imposed standards, I am known for my vibrant personality and knack for problem-solving, making me a trusted confidant among family and friends. They frequently turn to me for advice and support during tough times. This same approach extends into my professional life, where I love to build lasting relationships with my clients, alleviating the stress often associated with buying or selling a home. Many of these interactions blossom into friendships. One of the highest praises that I receive is from clients who return to me for their real estate needs and recommend me to others. My goal is to ensure that Metro City Realty (MCR), along with my new role as a loan officer, becomes a reliable resource for clients throughout their real estate journeys.
