ABOUT TRACY TORMES

Tracy Tormes has dedicated her nearly 30-year career to advocating for, educating, and empowering individuals with disabilities. As a seasoned professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education, Tracy has successfully served in multiple capacities, including teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), administrator, public speaker, training specialist, entrepreneur, and tireless advocate. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing strategies that drive meaningful progress for individuals of all ages and abilities. Currently, Tracy serves as the Vice President of ABA and Education for Quantum Educational Resources, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping programs, hiring and managing ABA professionals and general/special education teachers, and ensuring high-quality services for schools and organizations. Beyond her leadership role, Tracy is a sought-after consultant and trainer, providing in-service training and professional development to schools, nonprofits, treatment facilities, first responders, churches, and other community organizations. She specializes in classroom management, de-escalation strategies, behavioral supports, environmental structuring, and motivation-based interventions. Additionally, she collaborates with families, developing individualized behavior plans and guiding them through successful implementation to enhance daily life and long-term outcomes. Tracy’s passion and commitment to the field continue to drive her mission: to create inclusive, supportive, and effective environments for individuals with disabilities to thrive.
