I work alongside another Professional Range Youth Worker and we manage Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Youth Service. We run Send, LGBTQ+, Youth Voice, Detached, Outreach and Safe Space Groups and we go into schools and run 6 week programmes with our team of Youth Workers and Assistant Youth Workers. I also carry 121 cases.We run Holiday activities, I have booked, staffed, bidded for funding, risk assessed and evolved the activities.I have my D1 and I have recently gained my Archery instructor qualification. I am the staff voice champion and Neglect Champion.
