ABOUT TRACY SLUSSER

I’m an executive leadership and performance coach (ACC) with over 20 years in Division I athletics—first as an elite D1 NCAA swim coach, now coaching leaders who want to grow, lead with clarity, and bring out the best in themselves and their teams. I work with college coaches, athletic administrators, club coaches, and leaders outside of sports—including those in industries like tech. Whether you’re an assistant coach preparing for the next step, a new head coach finding your voice, or a seasoned leader wanting to reconnect with your “why,” I help you align who you are with how you lead. And on a personal note—I’m also a mom, a wife, and someone balancing family life while building a business I’m deeply passionate about.
