Chief of Operational Law at US Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk, Virginia from May 2019 to May 2021.SJA afloat for Carrier Strike Group ONE embarked on board the USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70) from May 2017 to Apr 2019. Deputy Force Judge Advocate at Navy Special Warfare Command from Jun 2016 to Apr 2017. Graduated in May 2016 from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University with an LL.M. in international law.Staff Judge Advocate for Naval Special Warfare Group FOUR from Aug 2012 to 2015. While stationed in Japan from Jun 2009 to Jul 2012: Trial Counsel at the Region Legal Service Office in Yokosuka, Japan. Deputy Force Judge Advocate to Commander, Naval Forces/Navy Region Japan from Jul 2011 to Jul 2012; Trial Counsel; afloat Legal Advisor to Combined Task Force 151 Counter Piracy aboard Republic of Korea Ship Kang Gam Chan from Apr 2010 until Jul 2010; and afloat SJA for Amphibious Ready Group Eleven from Jan 2010 until Apr 2010. Tour also included humanitarian support efforts during Operation Tomodachi in Mar 2011. In Mar 2009, finished a 10 month IA in Afghanistan. Attached to the 101st Airborne Division and worked as the SJA to the United States National Command Element (Task Force Anzio) at Kandahar Airfield in southern Afghanistan. After this assignment, worked on Rule of Law development in the Civilian Military Cell on the staff of General Nicholson, USA, Deputy of Stability Operations, at the Regional Command (South) Headquarters at Kandahar Airfield. From Apr 2007 until Mar 2009, assigned to the Naval Legal Service Office at the Washington Navy Yard. CDR Reynolds served as a Physical Evaluation Board, Defense, and Legal Assistance attorney and tax officer. CDR Reynolds was commissioned in Sep 2006.
