As Executive Administrator, I provide high-level support to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, ensuring that organizational priorities are carried out smoothly and effectively. My role blends strategy, organization, and communication—I keep executive calendars aligned, manage travel and correspondence, and handle sensitive information with discretion.I play a key role in board engagement, from onboarding and recruitment to participation tracking and development, helping strengthen the connection between leadership and governance. I also contribute to strategic initiatives and reporting, including our annual report, while preparing presentations and communications that share our mission and impact with both internal and external audiences. My work encompasses donor stewardship, where I oversee records, process contributions, and ensure that every donor feels acknowledged and valued. I also serve as a liaison with property management to support rental housing operations and foster positive tenant relations. At the same time, I manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep the organization running—from coordinating events and internal meetings to supporting staff accountability and overseeing day-to-day office operations. ABOUT TRACY MEYER RASMOVICZ
I am a people-focused professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a recent transition into nonprofit leadership as an Executive Administrator at Partners for Community Development. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my ability to bring structure, flexibility, and energy to every role, guided by my Gallup StrengthsFinder themes: Activator, Responsibility, Achiever, Arranger, and Maximizer. My HR journey has taken me from HR Assistant to HR Manager, and even into entrepreneurship with my own recruiting business. In 2015, I earned the SHRM-SCP certification during its inaugural testing window, and I maintain that certification as part of my commitment to professional excellence. What drives me most is helping organizations move forward by supporting both business goals and people’s growth. I thrive in environments where every day is different—whether that means leading investigations, guiding career development, or strengthening workplace culture.Beyond HR, I’m proud of my ability to balance career, education, and family. As an untraditional college student, I made the Dean’s List while raising two children as a single parent and often working multiple jobs. That experience shaped my resilience, adaptability, and dedication to lifelong learning.Outside of work, I’m passionate about my family, the Green Bay Packers, and wine. In 2017, my friend and I founded Two Girls Two Glasses, LLC, where we share our love of wine through tours, events, and live tastings. We even completed the WSET Level I Award in Wines through the Napa Valley Wine Academy. In every role and venture, my goal is the same: to create meaningful impact, connect people with opportunities, and contribute to communities that thrive.
