With over 12 years of experience in the health insurance industry, I have experience as a manager at CareSource, a leading nonprofit managed care organization. As the manager of HEDIS Analytics, I oversaw the data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and performance measures for various state and federal programs. I have also managed the accreditation process for CareSource, ensuring compliance with national standards and best practices. Prior to this, I led the Health Partner Incentives/Value Based Reimbursement Team, where I developed and implemented incentive programs for providers and members to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. I also served as product owner for the custom Health Partner Incentive application where i provided vision, prioritization, and guidance to the IT development team in an Agile Setting. I have strong skills in regulatory requirements, quality reporting, state reporting, data analysis, and project management. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare for underserved populations, and I value innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
