   As the business owner for Finance systems, I lead enterprise-wide financial technology strategy for a $2B telecom organization, partnering closely with IT, Operations, and Finance leadership to modernize platforms, enhance governance, and drive process automation. I define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure all Finance system solutions—including ERP, BI, SAP BRIM, and Zuora Billing—align with operational and strategic objectives across 150+ entities.I served as the Finance lead for the company-wide SAP S/4HANA migration during TSA separation, overseeing all financial data to ensure continuity, improve reconciliation efficiency, and support broader enterprise objectives. I also led the migration, stabilization, and scaling of Zuora Billing—from a $2M to an $18M customer base—establishing it as the company’s billing system of record for prepaid customers while standardizing subscription management, usage processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition workflows.I established enterprise data governance and control frameworks to ensure financial integrity, standardize processes, and enforce audit-ready controls across ERP, BI, planning, and billing platforms.
