ABOUT TRACY LONGMORE

With a dynamic career spanning over two decades, I bring a wealth of experience across retail management, international business, and education. Having spent five years in retail management and three years as a partner in an international haulage company, I successfully pivoted to education, retraining as a Design Technology Teacher. For the past 18 years, I have dedicated myself to fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and leadership among students. My roles have included teaching and learning leadership positions, pastoral responsibilities, and senior leadership roles such as Associate Senior Leader, Academy Coach, Professional Mentor, and Trust Academic Community Lead. I am currently serving as an Assistant Principal for Compliance and Student Leadership, where my work focuses on Policies, Stakeholder Voice, and empowering students to become confident and capable leaders. A particular passion of mine is developing future leaders through student engagement and leadership initiatives. Over the past 18 months, I have designed and implemented a comprehensive Student Leadership Development Programme for Year 10 and Year 11 students. This programme, which includes formal interview processes, reflective practice, and targeted development support, has transformed student leadership opportunities and created a lasting impact on our academy\'s culture. I am driven by a commitment to high standards, collaboration, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.
