ABOUT TRACY LAURIENTE
I began my real estate career in Prince George in 2003. It has been the most rewarding experience and I have had the pleasure of meeting so many incredible people. In 2015 my spouse had the opportunity to relocate his career to Vernon,BC in the beautiful Okanagan. Like many others, we have dreamt of eventually moving to the Okanagan and this was our chance! I am now relocated and excited to join the company eXp Realty as a sales representative and shareholder. In 2023 I joined Move Okanagan Group which was ranked in the top 50 teams, eXp Realty in Canada. I provide real estate services to home buyers and sellers in Vernon and Kelowna as well as surrounding areas- including Lumby, Armstrong, Enderby, Lake Country and West Kelowna. My marketting plan includes using multi media for marketting my listings- including twitter, facebook, and our mls system. I believe the key to my success is working hard, listening to my clients and answering the phone! Prior to real estate I worked in the social service field for 10 years. My last position was very challenging- I developed training programs for high risk youth- teaching life skills, communication skills and job search. I enjoyed my career in this field very. However, I have definately found my calling in real estate!
