I am an experienced board director and former Big Four audit leader with a career dedicated to creating organizations that endure, cultures that inspire, and strategies that deliver long-term value in complex environments. For more than 25 years as a partner at KPMG, I advised Fortune 200 companies, high-growth startups, and boards on financial reporting, risk and M&A—while also serving as a director on the firm’s US and Americas boards. In addition to sitting on KPMG’s board during a period of reputational crisis and CEO succession, I also served as National Partner-in-Charge of Audit Resource Management, where I modernized core business functions to improve service quality. I oversaw the redesign of audit resource deployment and introduced technology platforms to optimize scheduling for thousands of employees. Earlier, as Partner-in-Charge of the $180M Chesapeake Business Unit, I repositioned the business for growth, built cross-functional client service teams, and led innovation initiatives that set a new standard for client engagement and our people.
