I began my journey to this present job 20 years ago when our worship arts director plugged me into the job of \'creative design and production\' which combines my love for creating really cool spaces with my, how do I say it, inherent bossiness?(hopefully in a good way…guess you’ll have to ask the folks I work with.)I love leading and collaborating with the team whose job is to make our Sunday morning service relevant, reverent, fresh, and fun…all in any given week. Job Particulars:Creating fresh environments for services utilizing and integrating stage design, computer graphics, lighting design, innovative and outside the box service elements.(readings, interactive stations, video, music.) Recruiting and leading a team of talented artists and volunteers to accomplish aforementioned elements.Producing each service through managing details of the service and tweaking elements if necessary.Communicating with all participants on a weekly basis, facilitating vision alignment.From that beginning my job has grown, morphed, exploded into it\'s current iteration which includes leading a team of artists and volunteers in the areas of lighting, stage design, and graphic arts, along with leading the production team for Sunday morning services.
