   Serve as Chief Financial Officer for Minnesota’s largest affordable housing-focused Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), leading enterprise financial strategy, capitalization planning, compliance oversight, and organizational fiscal stewardship. Partner closely with the President & CEO and Board of Directors to align financial infrastructure with mission-driven growth and long-term sustainability.
