About Tracy Hernandez

I have developed a strong interest in becoming a CLS(Clinical Laboratory Scientist) or becoming a PHM (Public Health Microbiologist).I work full-time at Sharp Healthcare in the Microbiology department for 4 years. I have gained knowledge and skills throughout the years with many other companies such as Thermofisher Scientific, Illumina, Cue Health, etc. Eventually, I would like to earn my Master\'s degree. What I enjoy most is long distance running and my goal is to run a marathon in the future. I like waking up early in the mornings to go for my run because I feel like it gives me an edge and it sets me apart from people. I also love spending time with my family and friends as well. I am driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of patients. I absolutely enjoy being in the laboratory and helping out my community. I truly do care for my patients and I love what I do.
