I fully support clients with the quoting and placement of insurance coverage as well as delivering ongoing service. Developing creative solutions that balance an employer\'s budget against the needs of individuals and families who participate in our group programs is always the end goal. In today\'s healthcare reform market, I invest a lot of time and energy helping employer groups navigate all things in the employee benefits arena to ensure compliance. My focus areas include ACA and ERISA compliance, strategic planning, financial review, renewal negotiations, vendor management, employee advocacy and communication, HR outsourcing and overall project management.
