As the former President of Otis Americas, Tracy was responsible for growing the New Equipment and Service businesses throughout North and South America, while focusing on safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.Before Otis, Tracy spent 23+ years at Cummins, where she led with a passion for people and culture. She is a sought-after mentor known for developing talent pipelines and a culture change agent whose go-first approach drives behavior and process improvements in inclusion practices. Tracy has personally coached and advocated for seven Cummins leaders who have been promoted to company officers. Additionally, Tracy sponsored more than employees through Cummins’ leadership training.Tracy was the first female in Cummins’ history to lead two major operating segments, serving as president of both the Distribution Business and the Components Business. During her time at Cummins, Tracy also lived and worked in the UK for two years. Other key roles Tracy held include president of Turbo Technologies Business and executive director of Global Midrange On-Highway Engine Business.Appointed as a Cummins executive officer in 2011 and promoted to senior leadership in 2015, Tracy represented the company and welcomed the opportunity to connect with a variety of stakeholders. She regularly met with investors to support the company’s shareholder engagement strategy and with government officials worldwide to advocate for policies critical to the company’s strategy.Tracy earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a minor in music from MIT.A Midwesterner at heart, Tracy was born in Minnesota and raised in Missouri and Illinois. Today, she divides her time between Florida and Alabama to be closest to those who mean the most to her.
