ABOUT TRACY DOYLE
Ms. Doyle serves as the Director is Client Relations for Synergy Disaster Recovery. She is intimately familiar with FEMA’s PA Model and has provided extensive training on the Grants Portal. Ms. Doyle is credentialed as a Financial Section Chief and a sought after speaker nationally on a variety of Public Assistance topics. Most recently she spoke at several national conferences on the Florida Division of Emergency Management’s process of standardization of Public Assistance, which she is helping to develop. Maximizing recovery builds resiliency so from the applicant level to the state & federal level she works closely with our clients to assist with the development of their overall emergency management programs including grant management, fiscal support, planning, procurement, accounting practices and closeout procedures.Most recently she has been supporting several applicants who were impacted by Hurricane Ian and the State of Colorado Dept of Health with their COVID-19 projects and prior to that she supported Bay County, FL with their recovery from Hurricane Michael, DR-4399. She has recently been involved with projects in Kentucky, Florida, Texas and Colorado. She assisted the Commonwealth of Kentucky with their first state-led disaster. Prior to Kentucky she assisted with the fiscal recovery for Collier County, FL for Hurricane Irma, DR-4337, prior to that she was in Flagler County, FL for DR-4283 - Hurricane Matthew, which followed her support of Rowlett, TX for DR-4255 -EF4 tornado and Jackson County, FL for DR-4177 – Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds and Flooding of 2014. Previously she acted as an Associate Project Manager for Larimer County, CO, where she provided public assistance for DR-4145 – Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides of 2013. Prior to that, she provided public assistance on behalf of the State of Florida for DR-4068 Tropical Storm Debby, DR-4084 Hurricane Isaac and DR-4138 Severe Storms and Flooding; in addition to closeout activities for the 20••••05 Florida Hurricane season.
