ABOUT TRACY DITTMEIER

Tracy Dittmeier is the talent development director for Parker Aerospace, an operating group of Parker Hannifin Corporation. Appointed to the position in June 2011, she is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive processes and programs to support high-quality talent opportunities across the entire group.Joining the company in 1997, Tracy has held various human resources leadership roles at Parker Aerospace’s Fluid Systems and Control Systems Divisions and in compensation for the entire Parker Aerospace group.During her time at Parker, Tracy has been instrumental in delivering innovative talent development programs, including the Engineering Fellows Program, Leadership Rotational Program, and Building for the Future Program for emerging leaders. She has also focused on bringing generational differences training and awareness to the company.Tracy has a bachelor of science degree in human resource management from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and a master of business administration degree from Webster University in Irvine, California.Beginning her career at a nonprofit community outreach organization in Detroit, Michigan, Tracy continues to have a passion for supporting local outreach programs in Orange County, California.She is an active member of the UCI HR Management Advisory Board and also provides HR support to a local nonprofit agency.
