My passion centers on navigating and deciphering complex environments to help lead transformational change. Fifteen years ago I joined a small group at Comcast with a vision to support a business customer uniquely to compete effectively within the telecommunications industry. I played various roles leading and supporting growth via product deployments, business unit integrations and operational simplifications to develop the group now known as Comcast Business. My favorite aspect of being a leader is allowing others to achieve their full potential by removing obstacles and building synergies for collaboration.
