About Tracy Couto
Tracy Couto currently serves as the Associate Dean at the Madden College of Business and Economics, and is the Director of the Save-McGill Center for Reflective Leadership, Director of the Global Jesuit Case Series, and Co-Founder/Director of IgnitEd. Dr. Couto teaches Leadership and Strategy in the Madden School. Dr. Couto attended Loyola University Maryland, earning her bachelor’s degree in communications. She received a Master’s in Science in Education from Le Moyne College. She enrolled as a doctoral student in the inaugural class of Le Moyne College’s Ed.D. program in 2019. Dr. Couto conducted research on undergraduate business school students\' attitudes and beliefs about effective leadership. Dr. Couto is currently a board member of the International Humanistic Management Association, Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education, and the Society for Case Research.
