I am an experienced Apprenticeships Director with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and leading high-quality apprenticeship programmes across the Education and Early Years sectors. At Best Practice Network, part of the Supporting Education Group, I established the apprenticeships department from the ground up, growing it to over apprentices within five years.My leadership has supported the organisation through a successful first ESFA audit and an Ofsted full inspection graded Good with Outstanding features, evidencing the strength of our systems, quality, and learner outcomes.I have extensive experience in employer engagement, supporting a diverse portfolio of organisations including SMEs, Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities, Early Years providers, national employers, and large-scale national programmes. My focus is on building strategic, collaborative partnerships that ensure programmes meet workforce needs and deliver tangible, long-term impact.I am committed to delivering award-winning, sector-leading apprenticeships, underpinned by bespoke curriculum design and delivered by an exceptional team of dedicated professionals.
