   As Director of National Marketing, I led the brand direction, strategic planning and market execution for 265 plus Pita Pit locations from coast to coast. Under my leadership, Pita Pit experienced their first-ever system wide YOY % sales increases and sustained these increases throughout my tenure. In this role, I had the opportunity to build-out the marketing department, create comprehensive marketing calendars, institute multiple new marketing initiatives, new product introductions and service protocols. Working closely with the franchise advisory council, we successfully introduced a new mobile ordering platform, new mobile loyalty/gift card app and enhanced customer loyalty program attributes. Additionally, I established a viable sales tracking system that provided meaningful insight for enhanced business analysis and decision making, assuring the continued success of this international brand.
