Responsible for Operations for the Corpus Christi North Beach Facilities to include 4 marine loading docks, two truck unloading racks and five tank farm facilities managing a Terminal Manager with four shift supervisors with five operators per shift, three maintenance personnel, two I&E technicians and administrative office staff.• Manage the daily maintenance for the Corpus Christi North Beach Combined Facilities.• Perform inspection of activities related to pipe hydrotesting, pipe replacement; sleeve repairs, stopple tee installation and branch/butt weld connections and excavations.• Perform OQ verification for related job tasks and verify welder qualifications according to appropriate welding procedure.• Initiate the MOC process for changes and additions at the terminal.• Develop plans and initiate repairs to remove dead legs in the facility• Track and develop repair plans for low points within the facility based off digital radiography imaging• Collect Vibration readings from Mainline pumps, booster pumps and mixers in the terminal and Central West South Region to help in monitoring and maintaining the units in an effort to identify potential problems early to reduce costs of repairs.• Conduct Regulatory Annual PSV Testing for the Central West South Region• Conduct Primary Tank Seal Inspections for the Central West South Region• Conduct coating repairs and inspections in the Central West South Region• Utilize the SAP Rounds and Work Orders system for inspections• Utilize SAP Maintenance Work orders for tracking repairs to equipment• Plan and coordinate degassing operations for change of service on tanks• Coordinate, Plan and oversee degassing operations for tank cleanings• Coordinate, Plan and oversee tank isolation for tank cleanings, inspection and repairs• Work on Alternative Testing Letter to USCG for CCNB & ST. James Terminals to move to API 570 inspections in lieu of annual pressure test requirement for class 1 dock piping.
