Tracy Braswell was raised in Greensboro, NC and moved to Charlotte in 1994. She has over 30 years’ financial services experience, risk/compliance focus, and brings strong relationship building skills as well as a desire to help people, which will prove beneficial to her real estate clients.Tracy Braswell attended North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and earned a BS in Accounting. Her strong finance and compliance backgrounds provide valuable insight into how to protect clients and secure the best deals that align with clients’ needs.Tracy Braswell embarked upon Real Estate to help home buyers/sellers successfully navigate real estate transactions by becoming a trusted and valued agent who will always put clients first. It is Tracy’s desire to improve real estate clients’ experiences by emulating and improving the models she experienced in prior home buying/selling interactions with realtors. Tracy Braswell is married and lives in Waxhaw, NC with her husband, Christopher. They share two adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and grandson, who is the apple of their eyes. She spends her free time watching her grandson, exercising, reading, and volunteering through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
