I help companies collaborate to create value. Are you forming a joint venture (JV) or partnership and wondering what pitfalls to avoid or how to set up the collaboration to be successful in the long run? I help companies design, negotiate, approve, and launch JVs and partnerships, leveraging Ankura’s data and my experience working on over a hundred JVs.Are you involved with governance of a JV or partnership, perhaps as a JV director, committee member, or just the person in your company overseeing the partnership? I advise companies and JV boards to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability of their collaborations, including by doing governance assessments, board workshops, and improving how companies approach their partnerships.I additionally advise on how companies govern and manage their subsidiaries – both wholly and partially owned subsidiaries – to drive parent company strategy.Outside of the office, I’m on the Board of Good Shepherd Housing, a non-profit that helps families become self-sufficient by providing affordable housing, budget training, and other support services. I’m also a Trustee at the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church. I enjoy running, skiing, golf, and spending time with my son.
