We specialize in working with small and mid-sized companies and non-profits dealing with operational friction, disconnected systems, outdated processes, or workflows that no longer support the way the business needs to grow. Before leading BuilderMind, I spent years running operations across client delivery, distributed engineering teams, and software initiatives from concept to launch. That experience shaped how I think about technology implementation. Great systems aren\'t just technically capable. They have to work for the people using them every day. Our work focuses on helping organizations identify where teams are getting slowed down and redesigning those processes into smarter, more scalable ways of operating through AI and thoughtful execution. I\'m especially interested in the intersection of operations, workflow design, modernization, and responsible AI adoption. Helping companies evolve intentionally without adding unnecessary complexity. I\'m always happy to connect and talk through what\'s worth improving, and what\'s not.
