1. Director, Applications, IT Planning and Strategy

   Reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for all Enterprise Applications, including four ERPs and over 300 additional technologies. Direct leader of over 50 professionals and an outsourced AMS team. Responsible for the strategy, direction and operations of applications such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Databricks, SAP, Concur, SampleManager.• Orchestrated a successful S/4HANA ERP implementation as the Program Manager Executive, integrating a new acquisition into a greenfield SAP environment while simultaneously leading a global divestiture initiative. This enabled Trinseo to terminate a $6MM TSA on-time while ensuring strong continuity of operations. Managed a project team of over 200 global professionals.• Built, directed and motivated a cross-functional team for nearly a year – over 100 individuals - to strategize, build, test and have ready – an ERP for the Styrenics divestiture project. Feedback from our partners, Accenture and E&Y, conveyed the project was run so smoothly and within budget because of my leadership.• Led a cross-functional team responsible for the six-month ERP and other IT services divestiture initiative for our Synthetic Rubber divestiture, successfully meeting a very tight timeline. Coordinated the PMO not just for IT but for the project in general and supported the organizational change management needs for the divested employees.• IT Finance Management: helped track and reduce budget by $9MM (20%) during my tenure. Owner of numerous relationships with third-party suppliers which I leverage to proactively negotiate favorable contracts for the organization
