About Tracy Benson

Tracy Benson works in PwC’s Office of the General Counsel as a Director with the Professional Services Contracting team. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy served as Associate General Counsel at Marchon Eyewear, Inc, where she was responsible for all legal issues arising in the course of business of an international company, including international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, intercompany structural simplifications, business operations, strategic plans and a wide range of commercial contracts across multiple lines of business. Before joining Marchon Eyewear, Tracy was an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Wiggin and Dana LLP in New York City where she gained experience representing corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other entities in all aspects of negotiated public and private mergers and acquisitions, including equity and asset sales, and divestitures. Tracy also represented public companies with respect to the preparation of SEC filings and corporate governance and related matters. Tracy earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude. Tracy received her B.A, magna cum laude in Economics from Boston College with a double minor in History and Music. Tracy is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
