Litigate through mediation, arbitration and trial in defense of corporate clients in industries including sports, financial services, telecommunications, defense contracting, retail, software, entertainment, medicine, religious non-profit and education. Represent Olympic gold medal winners, colleges, universities, associations, conference commissioners, coaches, athletes and individuals in employment, business or NCAA related matter. Conduct investigations into NCAA and university related legal matters including Title IX, Cleary Act violations, bullying, coach/athlete disputes, hazing and cyber bullying. Board Member: Notre Dame Law Association 2023 (SoCal, Arizona, Mexico and Southern Nevada), The College of New Jersey Foundation 2023. Outside counsel to the board for:(1) Women Leaders in College Sports;(2) Sports Events and Tourism Association. Recipient of outstanding leadership and service award for commitment to the betterment of the San Diego community by Senator Brian W Jones, April 2019. Member of the Sports Lawyers\' Association, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, San Diego Lawyer\'s Club, California Restaurant Association, California Chamber of Commerce, North County Chamber of Commerce as well as Downtown San Diego Partnership.
