I am a native of rural Wisconsin. I grew up in a close knit, hardworking, creative, outdoor loving family. Being nurtured in that environment has inspired me to become an artist, photographer, animal lover and a student of Human Nature. I love accessories and I never met a Moose or Bassett Hound I did not like.“She puts the Human in Human Resources.” That is a quote used to describe me a few years ago. It’s true! I am inspired by creating a culture that creates Happy, Healthy Associates. I love helping people achieve results they never thought possible. I have built my career on making an impact on the bottom line through; Directing Human Resources Operating Plans, Employee Relations, Creating Culture, Building Organizations to become an “Employer of Choice” and Restructuring/Change Management.When I am not at work as the Corporate Director of Human Resources with Kalahari Resorts; I can be found, creating, reading, enjoying family and friends, being awestruck by the beauty of nature and hanging with the Bassett Hounds.
