Traci is an award-winning surgeon, Fortune 100 healthcare executive, corporate board member, and strategic leader with 20+ years of experience applying her unique mix of strategy, governance, clincial quality and AI expertise within the healthcare sector. She currently serves as VP of Clinical Innovation & Trend for Humana sitting in the center of the enterprise wide clinical value-based care ecosystem leading enterprise strategies across utilization and care management, behavioral health, medical cost trend and management, in-home population health services and vendor discovery.
