I am not the typical CPA and Finance Professional! I help companies of ALL sizes reduce costs through continuous process improvement on key financial processes. As I manage the Accounting Department, Financial Planning & Analysis Team, Sarbanes-Oxley (404) Program or the Reporting Deliverables Group, areas of opportunities just seem to jump out at me and I am passionate about removing waste and focusing on value-add work. I have experience in small family-owned privately-held companies, mid-sized companies and ultimately a public utility. The issues are all the same regardless of size! Let\'s face it - we all know we have waste in our processes, whether the Month-end Close Process, Business Strategy Initiatives, Mergers and Compliance, or Internal and External Reporting. Without continuous improvement on these processes, we are paying too much internally for results.
