As a Supplier Management Consultant, I support over 400+ Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) across the enterprise to implement our standard operating model of third-party governance. Our SRMs collectively manage suppliers, which amounts to $1.5B+ in annual spend. I partner with business stakeholders to ensure consistency in supplier onboarding, risk management, supplier performance management against contractual obligations, DEI conditioning, escalations, and health of the overall relationship of all our engagements.
