Oversee a $25 million book of business in annual revenue spend, auditing supplier invoicing to ensure contract compliance, reporting overcharges and non-compliance to suppliers on behalf of clients, and follow up until such corrections occur and credits are issued- Track credit processes, tasks and other relevant data points in the company’s proprietary software, CRM systems and other online platforms, then present these findings to both customer and vendor key stakeholders on a monthly basis- Ensure stated savings projections are met and identify the cause of any discrepancies while finding new opportunities to drive savings for our clients through data analytics

I’m a “data nerd.” There, my LinkedIn secret is out.In all seriousness, the reason why I love data and analytics is because it helps me advocate for my Fine Tune clients which results in driving serious cost savings. And that makes for happy clients.Winding back the clock 10 years, I cut my teeth working for Cintas, a large national uniform provider. Cintas was exhibiting at my university career fair, they seemed like a neat company so I applied. Seven years later and four job titles, I joined Fine Tune.Given my passion for data and analytics and working with clients to navigate complex contract terms and compliance requirements, Fine Tune was the perfect match. I’m all about advocacy and results. When I\'m not wrestling with datasets that no one likes except for me, you can find me far away from Excel on my bike exploring the Twin Cities. I enjoy finding new restaurants, checking out live music, and taking my dogs to any pet-friendly events. I love to learn and have always been a curious mind, so any exposure to new culture, cuisine, or experience is warmly welcomed.
