I\'ve helped 62 patients with life saving donations through recruiting people to the NMDP registry over three years. For three years in a row I have met and surpassed my recruitment goals set. This year I obtained my Green Belt in Project Management while serving in a PM role for two internal committees: Operating Principles Committee and the Effective Registry Committee. Created the vision, identified, and obtained growth through needs analysis, relationship building and program development. Recruited, developed, and led staff, and volunteers to provide an impact on patients lives. Delivered knowledge base of data analytics. Grown in my current role as Account Manager through trainings with Linked In and external education. Imparted knowledge of project and product development to surpass organization recruitment goals the past three years. Collaborated with many departments inside NMDP, including three ERGs and the Member Recruitment Department.
