With more than two decades of experience in the affordable housing industry - including leading high-performing teams, asset managing nationwide LIHTC portfolios, and engaging in on-the-ground property operations - I bring deep expertise and a long-standing passion for this work. My career has spanned from community-level property management to executive-level portfolio management, always grounded in strong partnerships, performance oversight, and people-first leadership.In 2023, I made a very difficult but necessary decision to step away from my role as Director of Portfolio Management at Red Stone Equity Partners to focus on caregiving for aging family members - a season that required flexibility and presence.As things began to stabilize, I stepped into a leadership role with the Greater Lansing Food Bank, where I remained deeply engaged in mission-driven work. This chapter allowed me to restructure teams and lead programs focused on health equity, food security, and cross-sector collaboration - further broadening my perspective on housing’s role in community well-being.Taking a step back helped me reconnect with what matters most and today, I remain especially passionate about the tax credit affordable housing industry and am energized by the opportunity to bring my skills, perspective, and commitment to impact into my next chapter with Monarch Private Capital.Throughout my career - whether managing multimillion-dollar investments, directing regional property operations, or building partnerships to drive social impact - my throughline has always been people.
