   Acoustical consulting is perfect work for those looking to overlay art and imagination over a solid scientific backbone. It was these qualities of the field that led me to combine my love for music with the sciences and pursue a career in acoustics. My several years of consulting work spans across many disciplines of acoustics including mechanical noise and vibration control, environmental noise studies, sound isolation concerns, and room acoustics. I have worked, and continue to work on, many diverse project types including multifamily residential buildings, corporate environments, judicial buildings, educational buildings, conference centers, healthcare buildings, and hospitality projects. I completely enjoy working closely with the design team and finding a balance between acoustics, project budget, client expectations, and aesthetics. I work hard to take a \"common sense\" approach to acoustics to deliver a successful project.
