   Notably, during my tenure at this organization, we experienced exponential growth in revenue while simultaneously improving our quality and service standards. I manage a staff of 20 independent contract and 30 employed court reporters with an intentionally inclusive and open culture that supports engagement. My varied responsibilities include establishing quality guidelines, scheduling projects, reviewing production reports, and assessing projects to negotiate favorable terms with appropriate resource allocation. Select Highlights Increased division revenue by 500% in three years by restructuring processes around a newly acquired federal contract. I assessed and realigned our staff to maximize our productivity and deliver outstanding quality. Achieved compliance with federal contracting standards and created a tracking infrastructure.
