ABOUT TRACI GOLDSTINE

I’m a program manager, creative operations leader, and community builder with more than a decade of experience driving large-scale initiatives across global brands, creative teams, and mission-driven organizations.During my eleven years at Mattel, I held roles across product development and the global brands teams. First as a Change Analyst and later as Senior Project Manager supporting iconic brands such as Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and their licensed vehicles like Disney•Pixar Cars. I specialized in project and budget forecasting, cross-functional team leadership, process improvement, and end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns, product launches, and live events.Beyond my core roles, I was deeply invested in fostering culture and connection. I served as VP of the Mattel Employee Association, Co-President of SLICE ERG, Co-President of the Mattel Playmakers and President of Women of Mattel, where I created inclusive programs, strengthened employee engagement, and helped build a workplace where people felt seen, supported, and empowered.Today, as a Program Manager at a leading advertising agency, I continue to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the organization. I align strategy with execution and ensure our high-impact work is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations to our clients.Outside of corporate life, I’m a freelance event producer, as well as the founder of Big SMILE Foundation Big SMILE Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to creating meaningful, transformative experiences for people from all walks of life. Our mission is to break down barriers, foster genuine human connection, and help individuals lead lives filled with joy, purpose, and unforgettable moments. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to collaboration, creativity, and making a positive impact—on teams, on brands, and on the people whose lives I touch.
