About Traci Weishalla

I have over 10 years Leadership experience in retail and the previous 6 years in Amazon Operations. My roles have given me the opportunity to lead teams that range from 50 to over leaders and hourly employees and have seen first hand the importance of building a strong culture. I’ve enjoyed building teams from the ground up, creating a clear vision and priorities that ultimately give individuals and teams the platform to showcase their strengths, while providing enriching challenges to support career growth. My experience includes opening new retails stores and launching three large Amazon buildings throughout the U.S. between Chicago and New York as well and leading established teams. Currently I have the honor to lead Process Engineering for Amazons heavy/bulky fulfillment centers and has expanded my portfolio to project management and scaling change across NA Operations. My passion and drive continues to be centered around leading teams, having full ownership of P&L, creating a vision and being part of a growth strategy for the business. Much of my professional growth has stemmed from intentional placement in challenging roles that are outside of my comfort zone and attribute this to my expedited career growth over the past decade.
